This project was a true labor of love. My clients approached me with an intriguing request for a custom hide-a-bed that looked like a bank vault. Using my expertise in artistic furniture design, I incorporated real metal veneer and special wood techniques to make the piece look like authentic metal. We went the extra mile and added closets and nightstands on each side, as well as moving parts for a unique and dynamic experience. Finishing touches include faux finishing the wood to look like brass and black forged iron, it was a fun and fascinating project to work on.
